After studying fine art in England, I turned to ceramics, creating one-off pieces using the wheel and coil-build.

My ceramics are decorated with imprints left by my working tools, then covered with a glaze with mixed properties that leave traces, drips and shades of colour and texture. Inspired by ancient techniques, I create my glazes using wood ashes (oak, eucalyptus, vine, cherry) collected from the village and surrounding area.

I'm based in La Garde-Freinet, a small village above the Gulf of Saint Tropez.
